Kristian Traylor has extensive experience in P&L management, sales and business development leadership and operations, go to market execution and driving operational excellence. Kristian Traylor exhibits an entrepreneurial and growth mindset, with a strong record of building high-performance teams and operating high-impact digital business models and marketplaces, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in multiple industries.

From 2019 to 2024, Kristian Traylor served in various executive roles at Commercial Real Estate giant, Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) specifically in its technology division JLL Technologies. JLL Technologies is the leader in Commercial Real Estate innovation and helps organizations transform the way they acquire, operate, manage, and experience the workspace through leading technology solutions.

Kristian Traylor's career began at JLL Technologies as Chief Revenue Officer of JLL Marketplace. As Chief Revenue Officer, Kristian managed and implemented all aspects of JLL Marketplace's commercial business including sales, customer success, customer support and analytics. In the 2.5 years Kristian served as Chief Revenue Officer, JLL Marketplace revenue grew 80%. Mr. Traylor was then promoted into dual roles in 2021 including President of JLL Marketplace and Interim Chief Operating Officer of JLL Technologies. As President of JLL Marketplace in 2021, Kristian led the team to grow revenue 23% while reducing operating expenses 25%. In his role as Interim Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Traylor established the program management office, financial reporting and data analytics infrastructure, global strategic planning processes, metrics target setting and operational reporting processes.

In 2022, Kristian Traylor was promoted once more to President of Supplier and Provider Digital Networks for JLL Technologies managing four separate businesses. Under Kristian's leadership, the combined businesses achieved $36M revenue with an average growth of 22% including 34% for JLL Marketplace. The other technology business lines led by Mr. Traylor include the Corrigo Pro Network, the largest global platform for Service Professionals, connecting 50K Service Pros with customers in one solution, White Label Field Services Management Solutions, and OneSource, the APAC version of JLL Marketplace.

Mr. Traylor started his career as a marketing specialist at IBM as part of IBM's Co-Op program while attending the University of Georgia. Upon graduation, Kristian embarked on a career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, starting in Andersen's Advanced Technology practice before becoming a manager in Andersen's Strategy Services group. While at Andersen, Mr. Traylor led the firm’s first two digital marketing engagements (B2B digital trading platforms) worldwide. As a key team member of Andersen's Digital Marketplace practice, Mr. Traylor helped the firm grow its digital markets practice from $5 million to $100 million in revenue in two years.

Among his other notable roles, Mr. Traylor was the Co-Founder of Game of Golf Institute (GOGI) where he built and led a digital platform for golf ("Facebook for golf) accumulating a global network of 300K golfers, 2K instructors and 25K courses over a SaaS platform, eventually selling the business to Golf Interact. Prior to GOGI, Kristian wrote two best-selling golf instructional books: Golf Genie Tee to Green Pocket Guide and Golf Genie Practice Drills Pocket Guide sold in over 800 golf retailers including Dick's Sporting Goods, Golfsmith and PGA Tour Superstore, selling over 100,000 units in addition to 60 thousand mobile app downloads.

Other notable positions Kristian Traylor has held include Global Managing Director of Microsoft Business Solutions at Unisys Corp where he established and led a $100M revenue Microsoft solutions business with 2K employees and Head of Global Operations at SAP Ariba where Mr. Traylor managed the global sales strategy and operations for a $250M revenue commercial division with 500 employees.

In addition to his consulting experience at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, Kristian Traylor started his own consulting organization - Sanvean Advisors - a management consulting company he founded concurrently with Game of Golf Institute.

Kristian Traylor has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Georgia and an MBA in finance, technology strategy, and marketing from Northwestern University. Away from work, his interests include cardio and weight training, snow skiing, and golf.
